Connie is deeply committed to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. She works with clients experiencing family conflict, faith transitions, attachment concerns, personal struggles, and provides affirming support to members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Using a supportive, collaborative, and empowering approach, Connie helps clients recognize unhelpful patterns, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools for growth. She strives to create a warm, welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and confident as they move toward healing and the life they want to build.
With 18 years of experience as a military spouse, involvement in Al-Anon Family Groups, and personal experience navigating divorce and custody challenges, Connie brings firsthand understanding of the stressors and transitions many individuals and families face. She offers empathy, perspective, and practical insight that helps clients feel seen, validated, and supported throughout the therapeutic process.
In her spare time, Connie enjoys spending time with her girls and Dobby (the house dog), traveling, reading (or adding to the stack of books she plans to read), and cheering on her favorite hockey team (Go Pens!), and football team (Go Hawks!). She believes humor, resilience, and genuine connection can be powerful parts of both healing and everyday life.
