Charisse is a compassionate Clinical Social Worker (CSW) who specializes in working with children, teens, and individuals who are neurodivergent. With a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Utah State Educator License as a School Social Worker, Charisse brings extensive experience and a variety of techniques to her practice.
She uses Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to help her clients. Charisse is known for her warm, client-centered approach that combines empathy with a strong commitment to creating a supportive and engaging environment where clients can feel understood and effectively work through their challenges.
Charisse loves hiking, grilling, and spending time outdoors searching for minerals and fossils as an amateur rockhound. At heart, she’s a geek who enjoys video games and playing board games, including Dungeons & Dragons, with family and friends. She is working toward becoming certified in Geek Therapy, which will combine her passion for therapy with her enthusiasm for various aspects of geek culture.
