Cassidy is a Masters’ of Social Work student at the University of Utah. Her primary goal in obtaining licensure is to guide clients through trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and challenging relationships with compassion and presence.
Cassidy believes in her clients’ ability to make positive changes in their lives and relationships through exploring difficult issues. She’s experienced in mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and breathwork.
In her free time she’s a nature lover, and enjoys camping, solo road trips, and hiking.
